Model flying since 1985 when his brother finally handed over an unused Graupner kit
Since 1987, participation in many RC IV and F3B competitions at national and international level

Milestones:
1985 began with model flying in Delmenhorst, with sailing and motor flight
1987 First participation in regional IV RC competitions
1988 participation as assistant at the German IV RC Championship in Dortmund
1989 First participation in F3B competitions
1990 Promotion into C-pool and participation in competitions in the C-pool north
1996 Move to Hanover and increased participation in Contest competitions
1999 - 2005 promotion into the B-pool F3B and participation in many F3B competitions
2007 Participation in the F3B World Championship in Switzerland as assistant of Andreas and Martin Herrig
2009 assistant of the German national team for the F3B World Championship in Ivancice, CZ
